What stands out most is how naturally Mya connects with our kids. She has the energy and creativity to keep school-age kids engaged all day, and she also takes real time to understand each of them individually. Our son is high-energy and has some ADHD, and she handles him with a lot of patience and skill. She knows how to redirect his energy in a positive way without ever making him feel singled out. She’s also great about communication. Every day we get a rundown of how things went, plus photos, so we’re never left wondering how the day went even when we’re stuck at work. You can tell she actually cares about our kids, not just supervising them but putting real thought into their day. We feel lucky to have found Mya and would recommend her to any family looking for a nanny who brings both fun and real care to the job.
