About Mya

Hi! My name is Mya, and I am a reliable and caring childcare provider with professional experience working with children of various ages and needs. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I provide one-on-one support for children in structured and supportive environments. Through this role, I have gained experience with behavior management, emotional regulation support, communication skills, and creating positive routines for children. I have also taught elementary art and middle school literature/film classes through a homeschool co-op, and I am currently in college pursuing elementary education. I am CPR certified, have reliable transportation, and am comfortable helping with homework, bedtime routines, meal prep, light tidying, and pet care. I also have experience pet sitting and am very comfortable around pets.
