I love working with young children and watching them grow. They never cease to amaze me! I'm currently completing a graduate degree in education and have a variety of experience with children. I babysat for about 6 years before college. Since then, I have worked as a preschool literacy assistant, taught after-school reading classes (ages 3-18), and briefly worked with children with autism (ages 3-9). I was a child development lab manager for 5 years, working with children from 3 months to 10 years on a regular basis, although their parents were also present. I've also watched my niece and nephew and children of friends (ages 3 months to 6 years), including twins. I am most comfortable caring for one or two children at once and am available on a short-term basis (till Aug. or Sept.)
