We moved my mother to assisted living on March 1, 2024. Hard decision. But when we met Narcardia, she introduced herself as Cardi, she put us at ease with her warm smile and bubbly personality. She is wonderful and exudes confidence. You know your loved one is in good hands. She has a great positive attitude and is a loving, caring person. Very genuine. She was very encouraging and attentive to moms needs as she adjusted to her new living situation because of her dimentia. When mom was down or having a moment she'd see Cardi and perked her right up. Cardi made her feel at home - loved and cared for. She was like this to all the residents. I strongly recomend her as a care giver. I can't say enough good things about her. She will keep you apprised of what and how your loved one is doing. She works with you not against you. My best, R
