I strive to create a comfortable environment for care recipients, and I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I have a college degree and can de-escalate stressful situations, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities when needed. I provide transportation, run errands, and assist with light housekeeping. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method.
