I highly recommend Naichael. She has been helping me with my kids for the past few months, including overnight care, and she has been amazing. As a parent, it’s not easy to trust someone with your children, especially overnight, but she made me feel completely comfortable. She is very patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. My kids feel safe with her, and I can tell she really takes her time to make sure they are okay and happy. She helps with everything keeping them on their routine, making sure they’re fed, clean, and settled, and she stays calm even in stressful moments. She is also very reliable and respectful. She shows up on time, communicates well, and keeps everything organized. I’ve had a really good experience with her and I would definitely recommend her to any family looking for someone trustworthy and caring.
