Hello, I'm Nailah! I'm a proud mom to a 7-month-old baby boy, and I have a passion for childcare because I love watching children grow, learn, and discover new things every day. I have 3 years of experience caring for children ages 0-11 and bring a patient, calm, and imaginative approach to every family I work with. My background in Early Childhood Education allows me to create fun, age-appropriate crafts and activities that support learning and development. I'm comfortable following household rules and providing structure and consistency. I focus on creating a safe, fun, and positive environment. I am CPR and First Aid certified and value clear communication through daily reports or verbal updates.
