We had a great experience with Nalo. She was fantastic with our baby, especially during a phase of stranger anxiety, and immediately made them feel comfortable and cared for. She was attentive, followed our instructions , and was responsive throughout the time she was here. She was also punctual and reliable which gave us complete peace of mind. Would definitely recommend her to other families!
