About Nancy

It is rare to find someone you trust 100% with your children's lives, but for the past 6 years, Nancy (Mimi) has been exactly that for our family. She has been with us through every stage of development, caring for our children starting from birth and up, but consistently for the past 6 years (ages 3-11). She is no longer just an employee; she is a deeply cherished part of our family. Mimi handles every aspect of the daily routine with ease. She does it all: waking the kids up, making breakfast, handling the school morning rush, school drop-off's and pick-up's, and managing afternoon clubs. She is on time, eager to keep the kids entertained, and steps in to help keep the household running smoothly by heating up meals, folding a load of the children's laundry, and helping make beds. Beyond the daily logistics, she truly shows up for our kids- attending their ball games, practices, and evening joining them on school field trips. What makes her truly exceptional is her character. She is warm, deeply thoughtful, patient, and kind. She is a woman of God who stands firmly for what is right, and speaks to both children and adults with ease, sympathy and deep understanding. With her, we have absolute peace of mind and feel entirely safe. She is the epitome of reliable and trustworthy, and any family would be profoundly blessed to have her.
