Nancy watched our daughter consistently between the ages of 18 months to 3.5 years old. Nancy is a beautiful human being who is reliable, loving, capable and creative. She found ways to keep our daughter engaged and happy. She’s a gentle soul but helped our daughter listen and follow. She is incredibly insightful, and my daughter was always so happy to see her. She communicates clearly and knows the importance of safety. We moved to another state and miss Nancy a lot, any family would be happy to hire her.
