I've always been passionate about playing a role in children's development and growth. I believe in fostering a nurturing environment where children can flourish. With eight years of experience, I am more than prepared to provide a caring and safe space for your child. I have my associates in early childhood development and am a certified teacher. I've also received training in First Aid and CPR. In addition to English, I can also communicate in sign language (ASL) and Spanish. My approach to childcare is simple: patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe in understanding each child's unique needs and interests to create a personalized environment that encourages their growth. I am more than happy to assist with light housekeeping and travel if needed. I am a certified teacher with Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials, and I've completed coursework in early child development. I'm also NAFCC certified.

I highly recommend Nancy as a reputable caregiver. She is currently in school and has knowledge as well as experience of how to best work with kids of all ages. She cared for my toddler on weekends and always kept me informed and updated so I felt at ease at work. Nancy followed the provided routine I left to a T and if any modifications needed to be made she let me know before she proceeded. Nancy is caring and highly attentive. She would update me through the day with photos and videos including new skills and goals accomplished that she was working on with my toddler. She read lots of books with him, kept him occupied with a range of activities, and best of all she was very patient and loving. She always prioritized that my little one was highly engaged, happy, and that his play areas were clean and organized. She was truly a dream to work with and my toddler absolutely loved her.
