About Nancy

I am a calm, older adult and both a mother to grown children and a grandmother and great aunt to many children. I have 40 years of Montessori teaching experience (ages 3 to 12) and love to play, cook, do arts and crafts and gardening with children. Reading to and providing emotional support to children is my duper power. I am a very good cook and would enjoy meal prep as needed by a client. I've always had one or two cats in my home so I'm very comfortable with cats, non-aggressive dogs and even reptiles ( as long as they are in tanks!) I would be happiest with a family that believes in limiting screen time. I use my own cell phone for communication and always have it on me for safety but you will never find me scrolling on it around children! I'm retired and enjoy reading, exercising, cooking, gardening, and especially being out in nature. I'd love to support a family with some regular but part time childcare so I still have some time for myself and my family.
