About Nanol

Hi! I'm Nanol, and I've been caring for children for over 20 years, starting as a babysitter at age 15. I hold both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Social Work, with a strong foundation in child development, trauma-informed care, family systems, and inclusive practices. My experience includes working as a babysitter, nanny, preschool teacher, preschool administrator, and family support professional with children of all ages. I have extensive experience supporting multiples and children with autism, ADHD, diabetes, severe food allergies, and other developmental or medical needs. I strive to create a safe, affirming environment where every child feels respected, supported, and valued. Families describe me as warm, patient, and engaging. I love bringing art, music, nature, creativity, and laughter into children's lives while helping them grow with confidence and joy.
