About Naomi

I have always loved young children, and began working in our church nursery when I was 11 years old. Since then, I have had multiple nanny jobs (caring for infants), a tutoring job, a job as a children's chorus piano accompanist, extensive volunteer experience in a hospital pediatric unit, and roles as an elementary drama teacher and ESL teacher. Also, I was a counselor at Ramapo for Children, spending over 70 hours per week caring for children with social and learning disabilities. I worked as a counselor at another organization too, and led groups of up to 10 children through a variety of activities and ensured their health and safety. I play piano, flute, and bass, and I offer private, in-home music lessons as well! I can provide excellent references from families who have hired me in the past.
