About Nashla

Hi Family! Nice to meet you, my name is Nashla but you can always call me Nash or by my second name, Francesca, whichever feels right for you! I'm currently a college student with a genuine passion to work with children later onto my future career. I have 2+ years in the childcare field, including experience working with children with special needs. I love the kitchen. One of my strengths is cooking and meal preparation. I enjoy preparing fresh, balanced, and child-friendly meals while being mindful of food safety, cleanliness, allergies, and individual preferences. I also enjoy baking and would love to make baking a fun, age-appropriate activity where children can participate and learn basic kitchen skills. I do not believe there is such a thing as a "bad" or "difficult" child. Children deserve to be understood and heard, especially when they are frustrated or having difficulty communicating.
