For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to adults and seniors. My passion stems from a deep desire to support their well-being and independence, inspired by the positive experiences I've had in previous care roles. I am patient, friendly, and detail-oriented, always prioritizing the needs of those I care for. I understand the importance of building a strong connection by learning about their preferences and personal history. I provide verbal updates during visits and follow the family's preferred communication method. My experience includes adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion or behavioral changes. I provide transportation, hospice services, run errands, offer home health support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and encourage physical activity. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
