About Nastasia

Hello! My name is Nastasia, and caring for others is more than a job to me, it's something I care about. I have 6 years of experience as a CNA providing care in a home with 6 women, ages 18-50, who had developmental disabilities. I assisted with bathing, dressing, personal care, chores, daily skills, medications, documentation, shopping, and outings while encouraging independence, dignity, confidence. I also help care for my grandfather, who has dementia. This experience has given me an deeper understanding of patience, compassion, and taking one day at a time. Our family works together as a team to support him and make sure he feels safe, respected, and cared for. I am patient, dependable, compassionate, and treating everyone I care for with kindness and respect. I understand that everyone has different needs, routines, and personalities, and I take pride in creating a comfortable environment where people feel heard, valued, and supported with a caring heart, too!
