About Natacha

I would not recommend Natacha Myers to care for your children. Natacha was our nanny from February through August 2026. During that time, we entrusted her with our home, our family, and most importantly, our infant daughter. Before hiring her, we checked her background and spoke directly with a family she had previously worked for, who gave a positive reference. We made a genuine effort to properly vet the person we were trusting with our child. Unfortunately, what we ultimately experienced was deeply upsetting and disturbing. The incident that led to her immediate termination occurred when Natacha told me that she had become “pi**d” while trying to get our daughter to settle for a nap. Hearing that she had become angry with our infant immediately concerned me and prompted me to review our home camera footage. What I saw was extremely disturbing. There is video footage of Natacha aggressively shaking the baby's rocker while my daughter was sitting in it and then forcefully putting the pacifier into my daughter's mouth. Watching someone aggressively shake a rocker containing my infant was deeply alarming and completely inconsistent with the care I expected my child to receive. There is also separate footage of her aggressively shushing my daughter directly in her face while my daughter was being whiny. These are just two instances, and we're working with our camera provider for additional footage. It hurts to imagine what else my baby may have been subjected to. Throughout her employment, there were also instances in which Natacha challenged our directives regarding how we wanted our daughter cared for. As parents, we understand that caregivers bring their own experience and judgment, but ultimately the person we hire to care for our child needs to respect the parents' instructions and boundaries. We immediately terminated her employment after reviewing the footage. I am sharing this because I would want another parent to have this information before deciding whether to entrust Natacha with their child. We carefully vetted her, spoke with a previous family, and still ultimately discovered behavior that we found completely unacceptable and deeply disturbing. I would not recommend Natacha Myers for childcare. Please conduct your own due diligence and carefully consider whether you are comfortable having her care for your child.
