About Natalie

School has always been a love of mine. When the school year is over I often find myself excited to get back to writing essays and studying for tests. This may sound odd, which it is, but it's true! I love learning. I also love helping other people to learn to love school. I believe that this comes with a good teacher. I am very patient, compassionate, and caring. I am a rising senior at Loyola University Maryland majoring in Political Science and minoring in Marketing. I am a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the Political National Honor Society for my academic excellence. Although math and science are not my strong subjects, I am able to tutor young kids in these areas. I am a strong reader and writing, making me a great English tutor for any age. I volunteered with a non-profit in Baltimore, called Immigration Outreach Service Center, in which I tutored immigrant children weekly. I learned how to engage children in learning and make it something to look forward to, not something to dread!
