Natalie is our current part-time nanny, and she is more than we could have ever asked for! Our 6 month old had severe colic for the first 5 months, and is now a pretty particular infant who isn't very easy or happy, yet Natalie is great with him! She follows instructions well, she's punctual, communicates well, she's kind and so capable. I'd love to keep her all to myself, but that wouldn't be fair to all the children out there. We love Natalie and would highly recommend her.
