I have more than 20 years experience in childcare, ages newborn to 15 years old. I provide a safe and nurturing environment. Being a nanny for so many years I have the patience, and understanding that one needs to take care of children. I also have experience in taking care of children who are disabled and developmentally delayed. I am CPR and first aid certified. I can provide references upon request. I do in person interviews at a coffee shop or restaurant, and will not go to a strangers house for interviews. I have always been a caretaker, and like to help people. I am very responsible, dependable, trustworthy, and most importantly great with kids.

Natalie is such a sweet person and my kids really enjoy when she comes to babysit.  My daughter said that she’s really nice and easy going and that my youngest listens to her and he doesn’t listen to a lot of people.

Natalie is a Godsend that saved my sanity!! We have a blended family of 6 and I hired her to be another adult to help with the chaos of the weekdays that we have all 6 together with all the after school activities, homework, dinner, bedtime, etc.

Natalie is an absolute rock star. Our kids love her. I find Natalie to be reliable, punctual, friendly and dedicated. She comes prepared and takes over handling the kids right away. She does arts and crafts activities with them, homework, educational games, and other fun stuff.

Natalie is the best individual in the world to care for children. She has always been on time, she's always quick to respond to messages. My children absolutely love her. My children are super picky with their own extended family members spending time with them, but they took right away to Natalie; especially my 4 month old who only loves mom and dad and now Natalie. I trust Natalie with my kids well being, and with her being inside my home. 

Her personality radiates as soon as you meet her. She is a dedicated care taker to my kids, and once you've had her you won't want to meet anybody else. My own family has became jealous because I told them our 4 month old loves her (he cries with everybody else). If anything, my kids are a good judge of character, and have said good things after Natalie cared for them.

Natalie helped me out when I needed it most! Our family just moved from California to Arizona with my 5-year old and new baby who was just 4 weeks old when we hired Natalie. I work from home and this was a big transition to get through. Natalie has been very reliable and flexible with constantly shifting schedules and was great with the kids. Natalie is very dependable and flexible, which we need with our schedule.  She interacts with my teenage daughter wonderfully and I feel like she's a great role model.  She's a great communicator to make sure she knows what is needed each week.  So happy with her!
