I absolutely recommend Natalie if you need a babysitter or nanny, she used to watch my kids before I moved for work and I absolutely adored her, she was great with my kids and they adored her as well! I've always been picky about who I leave my kids with but she eased my mind, she is great at following routine and she does above and beyond doing household chores though all I needed was care for my kids while I was working. She is also great about actually playing/educating rather than screen time!
