I hired Natalie for a consistent babysitting job for every Thursday and Saturday. She was responsive and on time for the first two times I needed her, I let her know for the following week that we would be out of town but would be back by Friday and I would need her for that Saturday and some pre scheduled days after that. I followed up on thursday to confirm and she let me know she was going on vacation and wouldn't be available for that saturday. Then she never followed up or showed up for the other pre scheduled days we had set, which is unfortunate but not surprising as she didn't really seem to vibe with my kids.
