Natalie is great, once we got into the swim ng of things she could anticipate how to help me with my boys. She is calm and patient with my son and is emotionally supportive when my son would have big emotions. She really cared for my son and would sing dance and run around with my son there was always sounds of laughter and fun. She is trustworthy and it I’d always a treat and relief when she is able to help me.
