Natalie has been absolutely wonderful! In just her first week, she has made an incredible difference in our home. She is thorough, hardworking, organized, and takes initiative without needing much direction. She has handled laundry, bedding, steaming clothes, vacuuming and mopping, dishes, kitchen cleanup, trash and recycling, toy organization, pet water stations, and refrigerator cleaning. She even completely reorganized our pantry, checking expiration dates and arranging everything by category and date. It looks amazing and is now so much easier to use. Natalie pays close attention to detail, communicates clearly about what she completed, and genuinely cares about making our home feel calm and well cared for. She even worked on removing spots from a skirt and kept track of clothing that needed special attention. Coming home after she has been here feels like walking into a sanctuary. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Natalie and would highly recommend her to any family looking for someone dependable, thoughtful, proactive, and exceptionally capable.
