Hi I'm Nathaly a dedicated and compassionate caregiver with experience nurturing and engaging with kids, adults and elders with dementia/alzaimer. I focus on creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment that supports early childhood development, and I'm also Mental Health crisis intervention certified. Also works at planning age-appropriate activities, encouraging motor skill growth, and fostering social and emotional learning. Attentive to each child's needs, ensuring their health, safety, and happiness while building trusting relationships with both children and families. Currently working at a hospital as caregiver, 4. 5 years healthcare experience. as a Pt, flexible schedules, and CPR certified. Trying to get to engage more with kids to help them and support them in their growth mentally and physically. Okay with pets, have two dogs of own :)
