About Nazlee

Hi! I'm Nazlee, and I believe childhood should be full of curiosity, creativity, and feeling genuinely seen. I have over 10 years of childcare experience as both a nanny and preschool teacher, and I love creating an environment where children feel safe enough to explore, ask questions, build confidence, and simply enjoy being kids. I'm a Master's graduate who has lived and worked around the world, most recently in London, and I bring that curiosity and adaptability into my caregiving. I enjoy planning engaging activities, spending time outdoors, reading together, doing arts and crafts, and encouraging independence through Montessori-inspired play. I see myself as a partner to parents as much as a caregiver to children. I value open communication, consistency, and adapting to each family's routines and parenting style so everyone feels supported. Above all, I want children to feel loved, respected, and excited for the days we spend together.
