About Nefa

For over 10 years, I've had the privilege of supporting seniors, adults, and individuals with developmental disabilities, both young and older, helping them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. I am currently pursuing my nursing degree to expand my knowledge and skills in patient care. I work as a Critical Care Technician (CCT) at a local hospital, gaining hands-on experience in acute and high-acuity patient care. My responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with medical procedures, and providing support in fast-paced, high-stress environments. I also bring experience in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and providing care with patience and empathy. I am friendly, approachable, and attentive to the individual preferences and histories of those I care for. I communicate effectively with families through verbal updates, texts, or other preferred methods, ensuring they are always informed and reassured.
