About Neida

Hi! My name is Neida, and I have over 10 years of nannying experience, along with a strong background in education, childcare, and child development. I've worked as a Child Development Specialist with children ages 0-3, a paraprofessional supporting elementary and high school students, and a tutor for students of all ages with diverse learning needs. I'm patient, dependable, nurturing, and passionate about creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children can thrive. I also have experience supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs and communicating closely with families. I genuinely enjoy helping children learn, build confidence, and reach new milestones. I'm happy to assist with homework, tutoring, daily routines, meal preparation, and fun, age-appropriate activities. My goal is to provide reliable, loving care while encouraging independence, curiosity, and growth. I'd love the opportunity to become a trusted part of your family!
