About Nell

Hello! I have worked professionally as a nanny in Huntsville, AL for 2.5 years, and I'm moving to Nashville in Dec. I currently work for three families and have been with all of them long-term. At my last job, I got a behavioral tech license & worked for a year as an RBT, giving 1-on-1 therapy to kiddos with special needs. I learned how to teach creatively, help children manage emotions and behaviors, and make mundane tasks fun! I have experience with infants and children ages 0-16, so I'm comfortable with all ages. I also have experience volunteering at an international daycare and with the Boys & Girls Club. Fun facts about me... I have a college degree in psychology and I speak Spanish. I am a real estate agent, so I nanny to bring in extra cash and help with life transitions. For a competitive rate, I am happy to help with driving, cooking, and cleaning too. We can make a custom plan depending on your needs! A flexible schedule is okay, as my other job can be unpredictable.
