Nequonda is so kind and has a good understanding of healthcare. Great Communicator. She was able to assist seamlessly my Mother with a broken foot (in a wheelchair) to an appointment, assist with ambulation in/out of the house and car. She was my note taker during the appointment when I couldn't be there as I live out of state. She offered to be available the next day when my Mother had surgery. Additionally, she endured all of my Father's jokes with a smile!
