Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me as a caregiver. For the past eight years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, and I'm a Certified Home Health Aide. I provide personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia and mobility assistance, and support for physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I always follow the family's preferred communication method, providing verbal updates or regular check-ins. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me.
