About Neshawn

One-On-One Compassion Care Part-time CNA, GNA, PCT, phlebotomist Hello, my name is Neshawn, and I'm a dedicated CNA, GNA , and certified phlebotomist with 9 years of experience in both patient care and blood collection. I currently work at Johns Hopkins Hospital as a Clinical Tech, where I perform venipunctures, insert IVs, access ports for chemotherapy, and assist with patient care, including vital signs monitoring and EKGs. Before that, I worked at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center, where I cared for patients with traumatic brain injuries, memory loss, and psychiatric conditions. What I love most about my work is building trust with patients and ensuring they feel comfortable during procedures. I take pride in my ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. I truly look forward to helping care for your loved one as if they were my own with making sure they receive the best possible care with comfort and dignity.
