I have four years of experience supporting adults and seniors, and I am deeply passionate about their well-being and independence. I am patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I build connections with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports and verbal updates. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. My skills include transportation, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I have a high school degree, CPR Training, and First Aid Training.
