I have over seven years of experience supporting children, adults, seniors, and individuals with developmental disabilities, psychiatric diagnoses, and complex medical needs. My experience includes one-on-one behavioral support, crisis de-escalation, ADLs, dementia care, diabetes management, transportation, and community integration. I have worked with individuals diagnosed with autism, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, blindness, and stroke history. I studied leadership and psychology in college, completed the coursework for board certification in holistic nutrition, and am CPR and First Aid certified. I am calm under pressure, maintain strong professional boundaries, and believe patience, humor, and consistency build trust.
