My personality is outgoing, happy, and filled with excitement, which drives my passion for working with children. Currently studying psychology and justice, I aim to help disabled children or juveniles, showing my dedication by enrolling in a master's program. I began volunteering with kids in fifth grade, continuing through middle and high school and into college through activities like cheerleading and gymnastics. In any childcare role, I bring patience, understanding of child development, and the ability to plan educational activities. Effective communication with children and parents is crucial, and I prioritize building trust and rapport. Creativity is key in engaging children, whether through games or baking. Outside of childcare, I value loyalty, family, and respect, which guide my actions.
