About Nick

Hello! My name is Nick. I am 26 years young and I have a passion caring for others. I consider my best traits as being very patient and hard working. Prior to becoming a special Ed paraprofessional, I worked 3+ years at a before and after school kids club program and now have 3 years of experience working in K-5 special ed programs. I also spent 2+ years aiding residents at a nursing home, and I worked as a counselor for a summer at camp. for kids with disabilities. Aside from working, I enjoy staying active, watching sports and I love watching Disney movies. I am also very proud to say I am a survivor or a rare type of brain cancer. Getting through my hardships I endured, I have learned a ton about myself. Resilience, perseverance and having faith are the terms I live by now, and it's my goal to spread my knowledge with anyone and anyway I can!
