About Nicky

I have a lot of experience working and caring for kids during my 28-year teaching career and through being a parent of 2 boys (20 and 16). Classroom Management/discipline is a strength of mine. It will correlate well to child care, as I am consistent and calm in my approach for re-directing and managing behavior. I'm incredibly dependable, and I actively engage with the children I care for whether that's reading to them, coloring with them, or joining them in their playtime. I have experience caring for ages 9 months old to 11 years old, and all the families I have cared for in the last 2 years have 3 children. I have cared for 2 families for an extended time, and they have given me 5 star reviews. I am always willing to meet families ahead of time if you are most comfortable with that.
