Nicole is wonderful!!  My grandchildren love her and she was the perfect overnight caregiver. Very attentive and playful and punctual and kept me informed about them while I was away. I highly recommend her and can't wait to have her back to our home!

What stood out most was how naturally gifted she is with toddlers. Our toddler absolutely LOVED Nicole. He laughed, smiled, and played with her, and he genuinely couldn’t have been happier. Seeing how comfortable and happy he was with her gave us so much peace of mind. She has such a special way with children that you can tell comes completely naturally.

Nicole also kept us updated with the sweetest pictures and messages, and we always felt completely in the loop and comfortable while we were away. She was so attentive and made sure we could check in whenever we wanted, which meant so much to us as first-time users of Care.com.

Nicole is truly one in a million. We feel incredibly lucky that Care.com led us to her, and we would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for a trustworthy, nurturing, professional, and exceptional caregiver. She exceeded every expectation we had and is someone we would feel completely comfortable leaving our child with again!

Nicole was our full time nanny for 6 months and took care of our two little ones- our son from 6months-1 year and our daughter from 2-2.5 years. She is extremely trustworthy and exceeded our expectations by far. She created a safe and fun learning environment for them. We plan to work with her on weekends as needed moving forward. 

Nicole is the best of the best. She’s been caring for my children for nearly 2 years and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to hire her. Her attention to my kids’ needs is extraordinary and she demonstrated exceptional punctuality, communication, and flexibility. We’ve been grateful to have her on our Disney trips as she removes the extra burden of holding bags, keeping an eye on the kids and rounding out our group for the rides.

Nicole is one in a million. She is sweet, caring, and very good with children. She has been watching my baby girl for the past year. My daughter loves her and I can tell Nicole genuinely cares for her too. My daughter's face just lights up when she sees her. It's so sweet. I especially love hearing my daughter's laughter from my home office throughout the day. It warms my heart.

Nicole is trustworthy, consistent, and reliable. You can count on her. It gives me great peace of mind, knowing that my daughter is safe and well cared for. 

She also babysits our 6 year old son for us too as needed. He can't wait to see her, and regularly asks when he will see her again. Recently he said, "This is a great day!" And I asked him why it was a great day, and he said, "Because I get to play with Nicole today!" He is always so excited to see her. 

I highly recommend Nicole to anyone who needs a Nanny. Your little ones will be in good hands. 



Nicole was our child's caregiver for about a year and half. We located to FL for work during that time. As a mom, it was nerve wracking leaving our child with someone we did not know, but Nicole made this transition easy for us all. She was very dependable, always punctual, had great communication, and often had to work long hours to take care of our son who was 4-6 years old during the times she cared for him. I never had to worry about him while we were at work. When he started school, she would do morning duty and take him to school and pick him up after when we were working. She maintains schedules, keeps him busy, and tires him out when the days are long. She would also stay overnights some if needed and maintain bedtime routine and schedules. Would help assist with the pet also if we needed her. I would not hesitate to rehire Nicole and the only reason she isn't still with us is because we moved from the area. Sadly, she will be missed tremendously with our family.

Nicole came to my house multiple times a week to watch my baby while I worked for a few months before I left my job. She was amazing and I really appreciated being able to work while hearing my baby's laughter in the other room. Nicole is very intentional with her interactions with kids. She is conscious about development and purposeful with how she engages your child. She is an active babysitter too- with both my baby and on occasion, my three year old.  She would make up games and follow their interests while maintaining their schedules. I always appreciated the detailed notes she left about feeding, naps and changes. She also was very patient with my dogs and after a couple visits, they were best friends. Nicole is an asset to any family and you will be able to step away from your kids/house and truly relax knowing they are in great hands.

Our family is very fortunate to have found Nicole! She has been amazing with our two boys (ages 1 and 7). She always shows up on time, with a smile on her face and ready to have fun. Nicole has even stayed overnight with our boys when we were out of town and I did not have to worry because I knew they were in great hands! I would definitely recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a dependable and caring sitter for their children!

I had some bad luck with cancellation, I almost thought the app was tricking me but I had two important events and I gave it another shot. Nicole was great, she was punctual, communicated well and overall real easy to work with! she was even able to handle my over energetic lab! I recommend her if she is available!!

Nicole is the best!  Even though she hasn't kid sat for us in awhile, my daughter still asks about her. She was fun, creative, dependable and loving. We have 4 kids and Nicole related to each of them with no problems.

Nicole has never let my family down when it comes to watching our daughter, sometimes even last minute she has come through for us. We really appreciate everything Nicole has done for us and she will always be our go to for child care!

I can NOT say enough good things about Nicole. First of all, my child LOVED her and that is major for me. She brought cookies that they baked together, they played cards, they played outside and they watched a movie. I know this sounds pretty basic to some but my kid is shy and a very tough nut to crack! She wants Nicole to come back soon and so do I. She was very flexible, her communication was outstanding and she was just the nicest sweetest person I could have asked for. She has certainly set the bar high!!! Thank you so much, Nicole!
