My daughter reaches for Nicole every day we drop her off with her. Nicole is conscientious, thoughtful, and nurturing. She keeps my husband and I updated with pictures and info throughout the day. She truly goes above and beyond- not just “babysitting” but becoming another caregiver and loving figure in my daughter’s life.
