About Nicole

Hi, my name is Nicole. I'm a parent of three adult children, and a Circle of Security facilitator, and a mindfulness educator. This background deeply shapes how I care for children--with patience, emotional awareness, and respect for each child's need for safety and connection. I have experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children and bring a calm, steady presence into the home. I've supported children with different learning styles, personalities, and needs, and I'm especially attentive to emotional regulation, transitions, and routines. I value consistency, clear communication with parents, and creating an environment where children feel secure, understood, and cared for. I'm often described as nurturing, reliable, and grounded.
