Nicole has been taking care of our 92 year old father for several months now and has been doing a great job. She is reliable, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, interacts well with our father and pays a lot of attention to detail. She treats our father as if he were her own family member and it is very comforting knowing that he is being well cared for and in good hands when under Nicole's care.
