About Nicole

I would describe myself as caring, compassionate, and dependable. I started caring for children around age 12 when I helped take care of my younger brother and sister, who are now both 32. I later raised two wonderful children of my own, and through my professional work in case management, I gained years of experience working with children and families. I enjoy helping kids feel safe, heard, encouraged, and comfortable being themselves. I believe in consistency, positive guidance, boundaries, and having fun along the way. I'm respectful of each family's parenting style and routines and am happy to help with activities, transportation, errands, simple meals, homework, and everyday routines. I'm looking for a family where I can build trust, form a genuine connection with the children, and be someone they can truly depend on.
