About Nicole

Hi! My name is Nicole and I enjoy building meaningful relationships with children and families. I love hiking, baking and a good cup of coffee. I have been working with children for more than 20 years and they continue to bring me joy! My most recent job was as a Preschool Director Administrative Assistant, where I helped with licensing and safety regulations. Keeping children safe and providing a secure, supportive environment is extremely important to me. I am a strong advocate for outdoor play and hands-on learning experiences. From providing loving care and comfort to infants to encouraging creativity and independence in older children, I enjoy supporting children of all ages. Because I enjoy baking and consider myself a foodie, I love involving children in age-appropriate cooking and baking activities. My ultimate goal is to create a space where children feel safe, valued and genuinely cared for while having fun, learning new things and making happy memories.
