I hired Nicole on two occasions and will hire her again in the future. The first time was to help with housework. She is hard-working, pleasant, and follows instructions well. I also hired her to watch my two toddlers. She has a calm demeanor and exercises a lot of patience. My kids are very energetic and warmed up to her immediately. I highly recommend her.
