About Nicole

I have 5+ years of child care experience. I have had the privilege to work with several families going through major life events that have crucial impact on children and parents. I have experience working with families going through separations and the sensitive process of divorce, families that practice non- monogamy, children diagnosed with ADHD, children being diagnosed with T1D. I have learned a lot while working in different home environments and acknowledge there are many approaches to teaching children. I mostly have experience working with families that practice constructive communication and gentle parenting! My overall approach comes down to being patient and present, establishing healthy boundaries, and fostering awareness! I prioritize building positive and nurturing environments that support social and emotional growth not just for children but for everyone around me. I take pride in my kindness and gentle approach and can't wait to get to know you and your littles!
