About Nicole

I am an outgoing, creative, care giver by nature. I have over 10 years experience working with infants and toddlers In a number of different settings. In addition I have over 12 years experience working with if children on the spectrum. I enjoy fostering independence and growth that aligns w/ the values expressed by the children's parents. I am here to support the family with their needs, help foster and encourage positive developmental growths while encouraging creativity and presence in their physical environment. I value teaching good manors with an emphasis on communication. I encourage children to advocate for themselves and to accept accountability w/ grace. In addition I understand that it is difficulty to have a family in today's world and don't mind aiding the household in light chores of maintaining clean living spaces, laundry, and maintenance of areas that's maybe more over looked (fridge cleaning, organizing, laundry buildup, bathroom/closets/ect)
