About Nicole

Hello! My name is Nicole, and I am a current dental student with a strong academic background and years of tutoring experience. I graduated with honors distinctions from UC San Diego with a major in Human Biology and a minor in Psychology. I've been tutoring since high school and continued through college to the present, working with students in a variety of subjects. At UCSD, I served as a Teaching Assistant for multiple courses and received consistent positive feedback from professors and students for making complex topics clear and approachable. My goal as a tutor is to adapt to the needs and learning styles of each student, offering guidance, study strategies, and encouragement to help them succeed. I strive to make tutoring sessions supportive, engaging, and effective, while sharing the tips that helped me excel academically. I'm passionate about helping students build understanding and confidence, and I'd love to be an additional resource on their academic journey!
