It is my true pleasure to tell you what a stellar caregiver Nikki is. She cared for both my mom and dad for a year when they were living with dementia and she was quick to learn what they each needed as individuals. Always reliable and able to face any particular situation that arose. Nikki is also an excellent cook which went over very well in our household. The best example started on day 1: Nikki showed up in the morning of her first day with us after dad had been in the emergency room all night with a broken wrist. Dad was in extreme pain and would not move from the kitchen table. Nikki sat and comforted him all day and made sure he ate and drank, and was finally able to cajole him into going to bed to get some rest. All while also taking care of mom. After this first day Nikki was like family. I have much respect and gratitude for Nikki and freely give her the highest of reccommendations.
