We worked with Nicole for our first baby, and she immediately made us feel comfortable handing over care. She started with us when my daughter was around 11 weeks old and was incredibly knowledgeable about needs while being very respectful of what my husband and I wanted for care. We've enjoyed having her as a sitter and highly recommend such a wonderful and dependable nanny!
